Mr. Sheldon Alexander Prater of Pine Bluff, formerly of Grady was born July 20, 1993 in Oak Lawn, IL to Anthony Prater of Fort Worth, TX and Shannon (Davis) Robinson of Pine Bluff.

Sheldon was an All Star Athlete and musician. He was a graduate of Star City High School.

Survivors include, Brothers, Sean Prater, Edwin Robinson, Jr.; Sisters, Shana Robinson, Savannah Robinson, all of Pine Bluff, Alexis Bullard of Tarry, Chasity Prater of Fort Worth, TX; Grandfather, S.A. Davis, Jr.; Grandmothers Iona Davis, of Chicago, IL, Geneva Robinson of Grady, Verbina Prater of Chicago, IL; Great-Grandfathers, Theodis Maddox, Sr. of Star City; Great-Grandmothers, Mary Davis of Chicago, IL, Idella Maddox of Star City; Stepfather, Edwin Robinson, Sr. of Pine Bluff.

His services will be Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Damascus Baptist Church in Grady by Rev. Robert Scott, Sr. at 10:30a. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Garden by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.

Visitation will be Friday from 5:00-7:00p at the funeral home.

The body will lie in state at the church from 9:45a until time of service.

The family will be at 2804 Claremont Avenue, Pine Bluff.
